Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If any of the canvas prints arrive damaged or incorrect we will replace it as soon as possible at our own cost. Please contact us with your order number, name and address and please forward us a photograph of the faulty product.
EXCHANGES
Just like returns we gladly accept exchanges. Please contact us us any time within 90 days of receipt of the canvas prints and ship them back to us.
RETURNS
Please note that orders must be returned to Poland. Please ship them in well protected packaging to ensure they arrive in their original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Buyers are responsible for shipping costs of returns. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of the item arriving back to us.
